Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes is greater than the sum of its parts and is deceptively deep. It carries Suda51's and Grasshopper Manufactures' idiosyncratic style, which I feel was not so well shown in the gameplay trailers prior to release. The combat has possibly more variety than the original No More Heroes titles; the humour is still here in spades; and the overall atmosphere of some of the worlds Travis visits are great (I love the dark, haunting 'Life is Destroy' world - the dialogue with the Sheep Man there was fantastic, and so was the live-action opening cinematic). Apart from a few of the levels/worlds dragging on a bit too long and the music not quite hitting the heights of the original titles, I would strongly recommend TSA as it falls in line with the rest of Grasshopper Manufactures' output, in my mind.

OK gameplay, nice graphical style, good music and a good chunk of humour. It's not a long game, and there's much to bring you back once completed.

If you liked No More Heores, then you might enjoy this game. If you were not a fan of the franchise then I doubt this game is for you. Unfortunately, this is not the No More Heroes 3 game everyone was expecting.

Great spin off and concept but not the No More Heroes that I was hoping for.
