What kind of exclusive products will be available from My Nintendo Store?

At My Nintendo Store you’ll regularly find exclusive products and offers that you won’t find anywhere else. From limited edition merchandise to exclusive Platinum Point rewards, players will enjoy access to official products that can only be bought directly from Nintendo.

Stay tuned for new products to come regularly. With your Nintendo Account you can also opt-in to receive personalised game recommendations and stay up-to-date with promotional emails from Nintendo.

Why are some of your products limited to One Per Customer or One Per Household?

We will sometimes offer products for sale which are in limited quantity or in high demand. In such cases, to help ensure as many fans as possible have the opportunity to order these items, we may employ a strict one per customer / per household limit.

Any customers who place multiple orders will have these cancelled and reduced to a single order.

I wanted to purchase a product from the Nintendo Official UK Store, but now I cannot find it any more on the My Nintendo Store. Will it become available later?

We are always working to improve the range of products available on the My Nintendo Store. Please check regularly or opt-in for communications to here about new products or when products will be back in stock.
