Your Nintendo Official UK store history can only be linked to your Nintendo Account with the same email address.

I had created a profile/preferences on the Nintendo Official UK Store. Is this transferred to the My Nintendo Store?

No.

I previously saved my payment details on the Nintendo Official UK Store. Why are they not saved on the My Nintendo Store?

For security purposes, we deleted all payment data from the Nintendo Official UK Store environment.

I registered my interest for a game on the Nintendo Official UK Store. Will I still receive these emails from the My Nintendo Store?

You will continue to receive notifications relating to products you registered your interest for on the Nintendo Official UK Store. You can unsubscribe at any time from the links in the email communication sent to you.

I had account credit in the Nintendo Official UK Store. Is this transferred to the My Nintendo Store?

I had items on my wish list from the Nintendo Official UK Store. Are these transferred to the My Nintendo Store?

No.

Will I still be able to see my order history from anything I purchased from the Nintendo Official UK Store?

You can view your Nintendo Official UK Store order history by logging in to My Nintendo Store (using your Nintendo Account) and visiting the My Account section.

Within My Account, click the link within the 'Orders' section.

You will need the email address you ordered with and your Nintendo Official UK Store order number in order to view the details.
