What is your pricing policy?

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of all applicable local taxes and duties for delivery to the UK and are correct at the time they are entered on to the system.

We reserve the right to alter product prices on the website without notice. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate and up-to-date, sometimes errors do occur and the prices stated are incorrect.

If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and provide confirmation that the order has been cancelled. If any funds have been debited from your account when we cancel the order, they will be credited back to you within 5 working days.

I registered my interest for a game on the Nintendo Official UK Store. Will I still receive these emails from the My Nintendo Store?

You will continue to receive notifications relating to products you registered your interest for on the Nintendo Official UK Store. You can unsubscribe at any time from the links in the email communication sent to you.

I had items on my wish list from the Nintendo Official UK Store. Are these transferred to the My Nintendo Store?

No.

I have put games on my wish list in Nintendo eShop or the official Nintendo website. Why are these games not appearing on my wish list in the My Nintendo Store?

Your My Nintendo Store wish list is separate from the wish list on Nintendo eShop and the official Nintendo website.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

You will only receive marketing communications from the My Nintendo Store if you have opted in to receive marketing communications within your Nintendo Account or if you consent to receive marketing communications in the My Nintendo Store checkout.
